You will get the tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please follow the link to track your shipment.

If the order has dispatched then it’s not possible to cancel it and if it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us. You can cancel an order by navigating to My Account & Orders.

After confirmation of the order, we dispatch the order within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 1-3 days for Delhi-NCR or 3-5 days for the rest of the cities exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Currently, we ship only within India and not in any other country.

We ship pan India and our courier partner covers more than 26,000 pin codes.

Please reject it at delivery if you found the carton box tempered or damaged and notify us via email or call. If you found any product damaged after receiving the shipment, please share a video evidence of unboxing then we will take further actions.


Pre-Paid: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, UPI as accepted by RazorPay. COD: You can pay by cash when you receive the order at your doorstep. The Maximum limit for COD service is Rs. 10,000. never stores your credit/debit card information. Your card information is securely processed with our payment gateway partners, which have a highly secured and trusted connection.

There are some cases such as: Wrong Item Delivered, Expired, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.

In case of a return, we issue a refund once we receive the product and in case of cancelation, we issue refunds within 3 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.

Usually, we keep the fresh stock here for all brands, so you should not worry about it but if a product that is going to be expired within 2 months, we will inform you before dispatching it.
